Participants are reminded that the deadline for submissions (17:00 p.m. on 30 June 2015) is binding. This means that at exactly 17:00:00 p.m. the system will conclude any activities in progress, and consider only material uploaded – even partially – at this time.
As the speed at which material is upload depends on various factors – above all the bandwidth in upload of the user’s connection – it is necessary to begin uploading material ahead of the deadline.
There is no way to distinguish between fully and only partially uploaded material: if all material has not been received by the deadline, the submission is not considered valid, as per article 2 and the only means for submitting material is via the online platform.
It must always be remembered that submission are complete only after clicking the button “Chiusura del plico” (Seal the envelope). Only this action determines the effective completion of the submission. This will be communicated on screen and a confirmation email sent to the email address provided by participants (see the instructions: ENVELOPE SUBMISSION – PHASE 1).
